La investigación tuvo como objetivo, determinar la relación entre la gestión de las TIC y desempeño laboral de los colaboradores en el Centro de Salud Morales, San Martín - 2022. La investigación fue tipo básica, diseño no experimental, transversal y descriptivo-correlacional, cuya población y muestra fue de 30 trabajadores. La técnica de recolección de datos fue la encuesta, y como instrumento, el cuestionario. Los resultados determinaron que el nivel de gestión de las TIC fue medio en 47 %, bajo en 33 % y alto en 20 %; el desempeño laboral, fue medio en 73 %, bajo en 17 % y alto en 10 %.
