Se realizó un estudio de tipo no experimental, descriptivo, retrospectivo, correlacional. Con el objetivo de determinar las variables relacionadas a diagnósticos de enfermería en niños y niñas menores de 5 años con síndrome de distres respiratorio atendidos en el Hospital Iquitos 2015. La población estuvo conformada por 250 historias clínicas, lo cuales la muestra seleccionada fue mediante el método probabilístico-aleatorio, extrayendo así las 152 historias clínicas. De los hallazgos más importantes se encontró las siguiente: lactantes menores con el 61,8%, el sexo masculino con 53,9%, el distrito de San Juan Bautista con 35,5% fue el más concurrido. This study will use the quantitative, observational, prospective, cross-sectional descriptive and correlational method; with the objective of determining the factors associated with nursing diagnoses in patients attended in trauma shock of a public hospital. The population will consist of all patients admitted to the trauma shock unit of the emergency department of the Regional Hospital of Loreto.
