En el presente trabajo analizamos un tema del derecho laboral que, en nuestra opinión, no ha sido correctamente evaluado en la Sentencia 286/2023, pues se omite el análisis de la desnaturalización del contrato, negándose la reposición permanente al trabajador público que ha sufrido un despido nulo, en mérito al precedente Huatuco. Por ende, esta investigación versa sobre la reposición permanente del trabajador del sector público, a quienes se les ha desnaturalizado su contrato de naturaleza civil y han sufrido un despido nulo, siendo relevante su análisis debido a que actualmente en las instituciones públicas existe una gran cantidad de contratos de locación de servicios desnaturalizados, pues realizan trabajo personal, subordinado y remunerado, características de un contrato laboral, haciéndose necesaria la aplicación del principio de primacía de la realidad. The aim of this review was to systematically explore the scientific evidence of the immunological changes associated with anesthesia in clinically healthy canines, whether or not they underwent surgical procedures, in order to provide information of interest about tools, protocols and processes that allow patients to veterinary anesthesiologists take an additional point of view in patient care. From the PRISMA methodology, an initial search process was carried out on the OVID®, SciELO Citation Index® and Redalyc® search platforms. Based on a research question, a search for relevant titles was carried out, considering only original articles and case reports published in indexed journals and under peer review processes.
