En el presente trabajo analizamos un tema del derecho laboral que, en nuestra opinión, no ha sido correctamente evaluado en la Sentencia 286/2023, pues se omite el análisis de la desnaturalización del contrato, negándose la reposición permanente al trabajador público que ha sufrido un despido nulo, en mérito al precedente Huatuco. The aim of this review was to systematically explore the scientific evidence of the immunological changes associated with anesthesia in clinically healthy canines, whether or not they underwent surgical procedures, in order to provide information of interest about tools, protocols and processes that allow patients to veterinary anesthesiologists take an additional point of view in patient care.
