The debate about the university is still in force, the current situation is worrying for many internal and external factors that influence its management and its development prospects for the future in a changing society, in which the university must keep up the events to respond and fulfill the role assigned to it in society.

The globalization brought us the internalization of the economy, in consequence the interdependency in the market, between countries, businesses and legal warranties for people who want to do economic activities. Nowaday the businesses have to face this phenomenon and take on the challenge as much internal as external environment. Also they have to adapt to the demands of the new consumers in the rule of Law.

The Out-of-Court conciliation is an alternative mechanism of conflicts resolution, by means of which, the parts involved satisfy their pretensions, nevertheless, in our society ther is a strong litigious culture and not conciliation. For this reason the author analyzes the advantages of the current Conciliation Law and its correspondent norms in the labor environment, emphasizing in achievements, like the reduction of costs and clearing the Judicial Power load process and the institutional establishment of the conciliation as a consensual mechanism that fortifies the social peace.

As much as it may seem to some, the transfer of 0.7% of GDP in aid to Third World development is not a new proposal. The United Nations Organization has long been championing the cause. This initiative has been, however, embraced by the different social sectors in the European Union and is still far from achieving the goal set by the UN. Try to analyze the characteristics of an issue that everyone has heard of, but few know of the status of development aid.

The companies with leadership and vision come to be agents of change always and when they assume this relation and combination of social responsibility and ecological balance, of sustainable utilization, participative management and valuation with regard to the local culture, in a legal frame and favorable politician. How the companies with these qualities try to raise the levels of social and economic development where they diversify their production. In this sense, we propose to identify the reasons of the social pressure and I displease in those interests shared between government, private company and civil society; how to harmonize the private and public interests and to demonstrate the social aims of the company inside the new orientations of a democratic culture and of not exclusive markets.
