This document aims to determine how knowledge of strategic plan influences labor productivity in order to meet the goals and objectives of the telecommunications company. The population to be used in this research is given by all the collaborators (29 people) of the telecommunications company INCOBECH. Questionnaires were used to measure the variables of this research: knowledge of strategic plan and labor productivity. At the same time, the personnel was evaluated quantitatively through the incidences that the collaborators have had in order to show the level of labor productivity through the indices of effectiveness and efficiency of the collaborator at work. The growing interest in natural medicine makes it necessary to study plant properties as well as their possible secondary effects. In recent years the toxic effects of many medicinal plants on the preimplantational mouse embryo development have been studied. Many of them produce malformations and alterations in the embryonic development. Ruta graveolens "ruda", Origanum vulgare "oregano" and Persea americana "palta" are used in rural areas to menstrual colic and to provoke abortion (estrella, 1995). This study is aimed at assessing "in vivd'the effect of extracts of "oregano", "ruda" and "palta" to 20% on the morphology and growth of preimplantational mouse embryos.

El creciente interés por la medicina natural hace necesaria la evaluación de las propiedades de las plantas, así como de sus posibles efectos secundarios. En años recientes se han reportado los efectos tóxicos de varias plantas medicinales sobre el desarrollo preimplantacional de ratón (Benavides et al, 1998; Benavides et al., 1999), muchas de las cuales producen malformaciones y alteraciones en el desarrollo embrionario. Ruta graveolens "ruda", Origanum vulgare "orégano" y Persea americana "palta" son usadas folklóricamente para aliviar cólicos menstruales y como abortivos (Estrella, 1995). El objetivo del presente trabajo es evaluar in vivo el efecto del extracto acuoso de orégano, ruda y palta al 20% sobre la morfología y el desarrollo de embriones preimplantacionales de ratón.

Background: The aim of this research was to characterise the interest on the most frequent cancers in Peru through Google Trends, its geographic and temporal relationship with massive awareness campaigns. Methods: A temporal trends analysis for the last 5 years was carried out, comparing the Relative Search Volume (RSV) with the dates of mass cancer awareness campaigns in Peru. Google Trends application was used to evaluate the interest in the topics: breast, prostate, cervical stomach and colorectal cancer between 1 January 2016 and 31 December 2020, expressed in RSV. The annual RSV for each neoplasm was compared, as well as its annual variation using the Kruskal-Wallis test.
