The objective of this investigation was to evaluate the motivation and deter[1]mine the motivational indexes that affect the quality management system measured in one of their primary targets: “Percentage of Reprocess type A curved caused by the person” of the Peruvian Glass S.A. company by applying questionnaire of audit of the human system motivation: ASH-MOT to 73 people of the production process during five months. The investigation concludes that the indices of conscience of results and perceived meaning most affect the labor motivation in the sample under study.

The objective was to review the bibliography about the use of residues from the processing of passion fruit juice. Due 96% of the national production of this fruit is destined to the export of juice, where 62% is peel, which is rich in dietary fiber, pectin, among other components; that can be used for the production of by-products, considering that the availability of raw materials and accessibility to food for human consumption is one of the crucial problems facing humanity, understanding that the environmental imbalance was caused by anthropogenic action derived from exploitation and profitability of resources without foreseeing their sustainability for future generations. El objetivo de este artículo es hacer una revisión de la literatura sobre el uso de residuos del procesamiento de jugo de maracuyá, entre los que se hallan las cáscaras y pepas.
