El presente trabajo se realizó bajo el enfoque cualitativo, inmerso en ella el paradigma interpretativo socio crítico, que tuvo como objetivo identificar, analizar e interpretar de qué manera la práctica de las habilidades digitales y el desempeño docente generaron capacidades en estudiantes del campo de estudio, para tal efecto, hemos recurrido a la teoría del investigador Cisterna, donde hemos plasmado la coherencia, secuencialidad e integralidad en el proceso de la estructura de investigación, teniendo en cuenta las premisas, los supuestos y los ejes temáticos, recurriendo a la construcción y diferenciación de aspectos comunes, que luego del acopió de datos, se perfiló la información en categorías y en subcategorías, detallándose los micro aspectos triviales con ejes temáticos esenciales y subcategorías que se detallan en diversos aspectos, las cuales se centraron en...

The objective of this study was to describe the performance of teachers at the secondary level of the district of Huancavelica-Peru, in the implementation of a remote education in times of the Covid-19 pandemic, digital and social-emotional behavior in a social situation of isolation. The study is of a qualitative nature, framed in the type of socio-critical interpretive paradigm research, designed through grounded theory methodology, with the application of the semi-structured interview in a sample of 4 teachers from the different curricular areas, 4 hierarchical teachers (managers and coordinators) and 6 students of the VII cycle of secondary education.
