Este proyecto de tesis aborda el diseño de un sistema de lubricación de los bujes y pines de Padlock, que utiliza la línea de lubricación del cilindro de HydraCrowd para proporcionar lubricante al buje. Servirá para lubricar los bujes y los pines reduciendo el desgaste mecánico de los componentes, lo que mejorará el tiempo de cambio, los indicadores de la Pala y teniendo un ahorro en los costos de mantenimiento. El diseño satisface la problemática de vida de los componentes, el costo de los mismos, los indicadores de la pala, el tiempo que necesitamos para hacer el mantenimiento y la seguridad con la que se realizan estos ya que se reduciría la cantidad de personas involucradas y las operaciones para el cambio.
