Currently Facing Globalization of the World Economy, particularly in our country, has motivated both Transnational companies like National adopt attitudes of change in their organizations. These changes result in the search for competitiveness in a free market; why require the human potential for the Third Millennium, be prepared not only basic knowledge, attitudes and skills but with revealing knowledge of the business environment; and any change of mind to deal with both the Supplier and the Customer that are in the market for the Company.

Actualmente ante la Globalización de la Economía Mundial, y en particular de nuestro país, ha motivado que tanto las empresas Transnacionales como las Nacionales adopten actitudes de cambio en sus organizaciones. Estos cambios se traducen en la búsqueda de la competitividad en un libre Mercado; razón por la cual requieren que el potencial humano para el tercer Milenio, se encuentre preparado no sólo en conocimientos básicos, sino con actitudes y aptitudes que revelen conocimientos del entorno empresarial; y sobre todo cambio de mentalidad para tratar tanto con el Proveedor, así como con los Clientes que se encuentran dentro del mercado de la Empresa.

Intrauterine therapy or fetal therapy has developed only in the last 30 years. In 1963 Dr. A.W. Liley performed the first intrauterine transfusion in a case of hemolytic disease constituting the first fetal therapy done in history. Afterwards in the 80s new possibilities of percutaneous fetal therapy and open fetal surgery appeared and in the 90s endoscopic fetal surgery. In this chapter we will revise the different types of invasive procedures that include percutaneous therapy and fetal surgery.
