Comparar la filtración marginal en restauraciones de cavidades clase II de Black, utilizando dos sistemas diferentes de restauración estética, cerámica vítrea CERANA y resina compuesta de fotocurado 3M FILTEK Z250. Material y métodos: Fueron seleccionadas 50 piezas dentarias (molares, premolares) recientemente extraídos divididos en dos grupos de estudio, en las cuales se realizaron preparaciones cavitarias compuestas, típicas de clase II de Black y fueron restauradas con los materiales señalados, seguidamente los dientes fueron sometidos al colorante azul de metileno al 20% con un pH 6,5 y centrifugados a 3000 rpm por un espacio de 5 minutos, Se procedió al lavado de las piezas dentarías para luego ser seccionadas en cortes longitudinales en sentido mesio-distal. As previous studies have reported that long-term exposure tu pesticides anticholinesterases (organophosphates and carbamates) at repeated dose produces neurotoxicity, it has determinated the plasma cholinesterase activity and the symptomatology in 83 pesticides applicators from valley of Mala-Perú with the purpose to knowing the exposure levels and to have an indication oí the health effects in the applieators. The control group consisted of 28 subjects who were matched with the sociodemographics characteristics of the applicators but whose economical activíty was difierent to agriculture. It was found that the studied applicators did not fulfill the protection rules during the manage of pesticides.
