Este artículo analiza la participación de las mujeres kichwa en la justicia indígena en el cantón Otavalo, durante el siglo XXI. En la revisión documental se encontraron diversos estudios de campo en los que se concluye que hay participación de las mujeres indígenas kichwa otavalo en la aplicación de la justicia indígena, no obstante, los roles y estereotipos que limitan la participación social de las mujeres indígenas kichwa otavalo de forma proporcional, en equidad e igualdad, en razón de su género, lo cual las constriñe.

This work analyzes the legal framework of cultural rights to the use of ancestral languages in Ecuador and Venezuela. Through bibliographic research it exposes the current norms on indigenous linguistic rights in the face of their possible violation. It verifies that, in different areas of justice, the structure and worldview of the original languages is not understood. It proposes the formulation of new public policies in justice systems, from an intercultural perspective as the central axis. Presents the intercultural proposal of the Legal Observatory of the University of Otavalo.

This article analyzed the armed conflict between Russia and Ukraine regarding its political and economic effects in Latin America from the point of view of public international law, depending on the impact of international aspects such as the global geopolitical rearrangement, international relations in the different markets, the generation of new regional alliances. Based on this, the objectives were set to identify the characteristics of armed conflicts from the perspective of international law, to characterize the Russia-Ukraine conflict from a geopolitical perspective and finally, to analyze the effects of this conflict in some Latin American countries since February 2022.
