This work analyzes the legal framework of cultural rights to the use of ancestral languages in Ecuador and Venezuela. Through bibliographic research it exposes the current norms on indigenous linguistic rights in the face of their possible violation. It verifies that, in different areas of justice, the structure and worldview of the original languages is not understood. It proposes the formulation of new public policies in justice systems, from an intercultural perspective as the central axis. Presents the intercultural proposal of the Legal Observatory of the University of Otavalo.

This research develops an analysis of the epistemic construction of nature as an approach to being a subject of rights in international public law. To this end, three objectives are proposed to answer the question: What is required to propose an epistemic construct of nature as a subject of rights in the international sphere that modifies the classic legal framework? To this end, a type of documentary research with a descriptive qualitative approach was used. The first objective was to delve into existing theories on subjects of rights; the second objective describes the elements that structure nature as a subject, and the third objective designs the proposed epistemic construct. To this end, the position of subject and legal subject is studied from the rational and positivist Western model, where the power of will and the interest of the individual subject of rights converge. This posit...

The Concentration Principle undoubtedly constitutes one of the most relevant procedural principles in any legal system. It brings speed, agility to the processes, without losing efficacy and validity in the procedural acts, which are achieved in a single moment. In Ecuador, although the 2008 Constitution establishes this principle, the current General Organic Code of Processes (COGEP) does not expressly establish it, contrary to Uruguayan procedural legislation, which does define it formally in its regulations. This is the central point on which the present study focused, delimiting the insufficiency of COGEP in terms of regulation of this principle, taking Uruguayan legislation as a reference, and based on this, a pertinent reform was proposed.
