La tuberculosis es la principal enfermedad respiratoria a nivel nacional, abarcando solo en la ciudad de Lima y Callao el 64% de casos, además del 79% de casos de TB-MDR y el 70% de TB-XDR. Esto conlleva a una elevada morbimortalidad a largo plazo. Objetivo: Determinar los factores de riesgo asociados al diagnóstico de tuberculosis resistente en pacientes de 18 a 65 años en el Centro de Salud Gaudencio Bernasconi durante el periodo 2012-2022.
