El presente trabajo de investigación, tuvo como objetivo general, analizar si la jefatura de recursos humanos de la Municipalidad Provincial de Contamana, ha realizado el control interno a su gestión en el periodo 2018. La investigación fue No Experimental, para llevarla a cabo se analizó la documentación pertinente y se contó con una muestra poblacional de 7 trabajadores del área de personal, a quienes se aplicó dos cuestionarios de 11 preguntas cada uno , utilizando la técnica de encuesta, obteniéndose los siguientes resultados: El 100 % nos dieron como respuesta SI a que la municipalidad cuenta con mecanismos , políticas y procedimientos para la selección, inducción, capacitación y evaluación del personal y un 86% respondió que en la Municipalidad Provincial todos los trabajadores de la municipalidad provincial ocupan una plaza prevista en el PAP, Así mismo un 100 % m...
