En el presente Informe, se efectúa un análisis del proceso contencioso administrativo iniciado por Pedro Antonio Orbe Melana, contra el Gobierno Regional De Loreto, sobre Reconocimiento o Restablecimiento del Derecho o Interés Jurídicamente Tutelado. En ese sentido, el Segundo Juzgado de Trabajo Permanente de Maynas, resuelve declarar Fundada en parte la demanda sobre acción contenciosa administrativa (pago de beneficios sociales), e Infundada la demanda en el extremo que solicita se ordene el pago de Compensación por Tiempo de Servicios, por lo que, el demandante interpone Recurso de Apelación. The general purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between social responsibility and institutional image of the Provincial Municipality of Maynas – Iquitos 2022, the research was applied type, the design corresponded to the non-experimental, correlational descriptive level. A sample of 384 villagers, who were the main informants, was taken, a survey and questionnaire were used as a technique and instrument for data collection.
