We propose eleven recommendations to help our students to be successful in their studies, and analyse their interactions and results implications in the outcome of the andragogic task. The purpose of this article is to suggest the practice of each recommendation in the university teaching, in the daily andragogic practice, in order to allow our students to discover knowledge happiness and love.

This article presents , first, the importance of the Histological Laboratory , Department of Pathology Procedures ( DP ) in medical practice , then a review of the concept of quality and its relationship with the different activities within the laboratory is . In addition, some examples of misconceptions about the quality intended by many of us are given . Also highlight the complexities of obtaining a histological preparation quality . Some criteria are proposed to help members of the Histological Laboratory Procedures DP to understand the different aspects of quality are achieved with methods that perform equipment, and provide some tips on appropriate quality control and treatments are needed .

We have achieved the identification of Langerhans cells in human cornea epithelium cross sections, fixed in Zenker’s liquid and embedded in paraffin, according to streptavidin-biotin peroxidase immunohistochemical method, in order to demonstrate protein S-100 and muramidase (lisozime) presence in them.Langerhans cells were identified easily from the rest of epithelial cells because they were the only elements protein S-100+ and muramidase+, which were stained light brown and showed rounded outlines with one or two prolongations.Langerhans cells were numerous in the limbic zone and null in the central region.
