El trabajo de investigación titulado Calidad del Servicio de los Agentes de la Caja de Ahorro y Crédito Maynas – Distrito de Iquitos, diciembre 2019, tiene como objetivo determinar la calidad del servicio de los Agentes del Distrito de Iquitos de la Caja Municipal de Ahorro y Crédito Maynas, periodo diciembre 2019. El estudio es de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo descriptivo, de diseño no experimental donde participaron 384 clientes que cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión. Para la recolección de datos se utilizó como técnica la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario con preguntas cerradas validado por juicio de expertos.
