The problem of the dropout of students at the higher level represents a situation that generates a deficit not only of an economic nature, but also of a professional human nature, for which it requires specific and immediate attention. This research aimed to determine the protective and risk factors for dropping out of students from second semester of the School of Industrial Administration of a Higher Education Institution in the period 2018-II.
