En el presente estudio se evaluó la ictiofauna en el rio Aushiri – cuenca del Napo mediante los parámetros de composición, abundancia y riqueza de las especies. Los muestreos se realizaron en los periodos de vaciante (Enero) y creciente (Marzo) del año 2016, en 10 estaciones de muestreo (EM). Las capturas se realizaron con redes de arrastre, (05 x 2.5m, 5mm de abertura de malla), y lances utilizando atarraya y red de mano en las 10 estaciones de muestreo, fueron realizados 05 capturas y/o lances por cada estación. Las muestras colectadas se fijaron en formalina al 10% por 48 horas, luego fueron envueltas con gasa y preservadas en baldes de plástico con alcohol al 70%. Se colectaron un total de 1822 ejemplares, distribuidas en una lista sistemática de 121 especies, 25 familias y 06 órdenes. The general objective of this research was to evaluate the current situation, identify opportunities for improvement, and promote eco-efficiency practices in the administrative areas of the National Institute of Agricultural Innovation (INIA), specifically at the San Roque Experimental Station in San Juan, Maynas, during 2023. The study was quantitative, descriptive, and non- experimental in design. The target population of the study was the administrative staff of said institution, and the sample consisted of 50 workers.
