The present study aimed to determine the factors that interfere with the Pap test in Women with active sexual life of Hamlet "Bello Horizonte” - Band Shilcayo District, San Martin. July - September 2014. Qualitative research, descriptive correlational Cross cut was made. A custom survey of 80 women with active sexual life was Applied. Inferential statistics determined the relationship between variables Through the chi -square test with a significance level of < 0.05. After processing of Information in support of epidemiological Epiinfo software version 8.5 the following Results were obtained: Sexually active women of Hamlet "Bello Horizonte” in Banda district Shilcayo, are characterized as being between 20 and 45 years (72.5 %); 51.3 % were cohabiting; 30.0% are incomplete secondary level.
