El conocimiento del clima organizacional es importante para quienes dirigen las organizaciones de salud debido a que este influye en la calidad de vida del trabajador y en la calidad de la prestación de los servicios. Por tanto, la medición de la satisfacción laboral constituye una tarea necesaria como indicadores de la productividad y desempeño laboral. La presente investigación denominada Propuesta de política en salud para disminuir la morbimortalidad materna en la Dirección Regional de Salud San Martín, 2017. El estudio tuvo como objetivo diseñar una política de salud que contribuya a la reducción de la morbimortalidad materna en la Dirección Regional de Salud San Martín, 2017. El estudio se fundamenta en las teorías de las políticas públicas con énfasis en el sector salud. El tipo de estudio no experimental, con un diseño descriptivo propósito. La muestra del estudio fue conformada por 24 funcionarios de la Dirección Regional de Salud San Martín. Objetivo: Conocer la relación de la gobernanza territorial con el manejo de la anemia en menores de 5 años en la provincia de Alto Amazonas. Metodología: la investigación fue básica, de diseño descriptiva, correlacional, con una muestra de 156 jefes de familias con al menos un niño, menor de 5 años diagnosticado con anemia en el año 2020, la herramienta empleada fue un cuestionario y ficha de recolección de datos. Resultado: La gobernanza territorial alcanzo un nivel regular del 41%; la anemia en niños menores de 5 años muestra un 49% es leve y 29% moderada. Las acciones para hacer frente a la anemia en niños alcanzo un nivel regular de 42%, seguido de un nivel bajo de 24%. The objective of the research was to know the relationship of the referral and counter-referral system with the management of obstetric emergencies at Hospital II-1 Moyobamba, 2020. Type of basic study, correlational descriptive design. The population and sample consisted of 61 obstetric references. The technique used was the documentary analysis and the data collection sheet as an instrument. Among the results, the compliance with the referral and counter-referral system is at the “Regular” level with 42%, in the same way the level of care management of obstetric patients is “Regular” with 44%, while the level of administrative management it reaches 50% of "Regular" and the most frequent diagnosis of the references is severe hypertension induced by pregnancy in 23%. Understanding and managing Water Ecosystem Services (WES) are fundamental to the sustainability of ecosystem-rich regions. To understand the relationship between water ecosystem services and the challenges of implementing conservation projects in drinking water management in San Martín, in the Peruvian Amazon, a survey was conducted with 52 key stakeholders in the drinking water sector, ranging from those responsible for Municipal Technical Areas to those working in supplier companies.
