El presente estudio de investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar la percepción de los clientes sobre la calidad del servicio que brinda la aerolínea Latam, en el Aeropuerto Internacional Francisco Secada Vigneta de la ciudad de Iquitos, 2021. El tipo de estudio empleado fue cuantitativo, el diseño no experimental, de tipo descriptivo simple, transversal; la muestra constituyó 372 clientes de la aerolínea Latam. El instrumento fue un Cuestionario SERVPERF, constituido por 22 ítems agrupadas en cinco dimensiones: elementos tangibles, fiabilidad, capacidad de respuesta, seguridad y empatía; cuya validez fue de 89.50% y confiabilidad 90.76%. This study examines the relationship between the Ministry of Culture’s budget and the level of tourism at cultural heritage sites in the Loreto region during the period 2010–2023. Recognizing Loreto’s vast cultural wealth, the research highlights its underutilization due to persistent budget execution deficiencies and limited cultural promotion. Employing a quantitative, non-experimental, and longitudinal design, quarterly data were gathered from official sources such as the MEF, INEI, and the Ministry of Culture. Time series techniques, correlation analysis, and cointegration tests were used to explore potential links between public investment and tourism indicators like the number of visitors, tourist spending, and regional GDP contribution.
