Aisla, selecciona e identifica 100 cepas de Actinocycetos aeróbicos saprófitos con capacidad para producir sustancias antimicrobianas y que contienen ácido L - Diaminopimélico en sus paredes celulares procedentes de muestras de suelos del Jardín Botánico de la Facultad de Farmacia y Bioquímica de la Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, de los jardines de Barranco y Surco, así como de terrenos agrícolas de Supe y Huaral al interior de Lima. Selecciona un medio de cultivo óptimo para la producción de sustancias antimicrobianas por fermentación. New Delhi-type carbapenemase-producing Klebsiella pneumoniae Metallo-beta-lactamase (NDM) generates a serious public health problem due to its mechanism of antibiotic resistance and rapid dissemination, causing high rates of morbidity and mortality in hospitalized patients when antibiotic therapy options are drained. The objective of the study was to observe the detection capacity of NDM carbapenemases in Klebsiella pneumoniae using the modified carbapenem inactivation method (mCIM). A cross-sectional study was carried out using clinical isolates from a level IV hospital in Lima (Perú) in the months of March to May 2018. It was worked with 40 clinical isolates of Klebsiella pneumoniae resistant to carbapenems, positive for the NDM gene and 15 clinical isolates of Klebsiella pneumoniae sensitive to carbapenems, negative for the NDM gene. Identificaci6n, determinación y cuantificación de aflatoxinas producidas por hongos aflatoxigenicos en productos naturales, como alimentos naturales y medicamentos de origen vegetal. Utilizando el medio Agar Coco Oxitetraciclina (CAMO) donde se aprecia fluorescencia azul en el UV para determinar y cuantificar la aflatoxina se uso Elisa ligada, utilizando el fotocolorimetro EIH Neogen y el programa Logit donde los resultados se dan en ppb o ug/kg de aflatoxina.

The leaves of Lupinus C.P. Smith were colected from the highlands in Lima, it contains among other 5 flavonoids and 5 alkaloids.The flavonoid genistein was characterized by means of visible-UV spectroscopy, observing the bathochromic and hipsochomic movements of the spectra with sodium methoxide, aluminuin chloride, boric acid and sodium acetate reagents.The IR spectrum reveals the presence of the alkaloid lupenin or hydroxylupenin.Both the flavonoid and the alkaloid show a strong antibacterial activity and the alkaloid shows in addition of this property an antifungic activity.
