Se realiza la caracterización de los pacientes externos de la Clínica de la Facultad de Odontología de la Universidad Nacional de San Marcos, los cuales fueron analizados por la técnica multivariante de análisis de correspondencia Múltiple. Según los resultados los pacientes que asisten a la Clínica Odontológica tienen como mayor fuente de publicidad las recomendaciones, son personas adultas y adultas mayores entre 40 a 50 años, consideran el precio cómodo y buen servicio en la atención.
