La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar de qué manera se relaciona la Madurez Vocacional con la satisfacción académica en el primer año de Enfermería de la Universidad César Vallejo-San Juan de Lurigancho, 2015. The present study focused on an analysis of emerging technologies applied to human beings, exactly the “genetic improvement” also called liberal eugenics from the philosophical and scientific perspective. Taking as a starting point that transhumanism is the current of thought that is oriented to the desire to transform human beings through the direct use of technology and perhaps with these advances to improve and create a new, superior and evolved species, descendant of our lineage. La investigación se llevó a cabo en una universidad privada del distrito de San Juan de Lurigancho en la ciudad de Lima. Presentó dos objetivos: a) Identificar la asociación entre autoeficacia, motivación académica y madurez vocacional y b) Establecer las diferencias de autoeficacia, motivación académica y madurez vocacional en estudiantes de primer y quinto año de estudios de enfermería. Método: De nivel descriptivo comparativo, tipo básico, sustantivo, correlacional y de diseño no experimental. Con una muestra de 190 alumnosde enfermería. Los instrumentos que se usaron para recoger la información fueron: MSLQ Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionnaire (Navea, 2015), cuestionario de madurez vocacional (Rodríguez, 2016) y la escala de Autoeficacia (Bueno, 2017).
