The main objective of this research work is to analyze the determinants that affect public investment in Peru for the period 1980-2017. El estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar la influencia de la motivación docente en la gestión institucional de un instituto superior pedagógico de Cajabamba 2023. El enfoque fue cuantitativo, tipo aplicado, diseño no experimental correlacional transversal; los métodos fueron deductivo e hipotético deductivo; se aplicaron las técnicas siguientes: la encuesta y un cuestionario que comprende 28 ítems, aplicados a una muestra de 18 docentes que trabajan en un Instituto Superior Pedagógico de Cajabamba, teniendo para ello un muestreo no probabilístico; la información fue procesada en Microsoft Excel y SPSS v26.
