Loreto's export sector has shown some dynamism in recent years, making direct and indirect employment favored by having a greater demand for labor. With this purpose, the present investigation of Quantitative type, Correlational level and Non-Experimental design was carried out. The research concludes that there is a direct relationship between exports of goods and employment in Loreto during the period 2015 - 2019, demonstrated with the value of the Correlation Coefficient r = 0.753633591; a figure that is higher than 0.75, indicating a good association between variables.
