La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar en qué medida el uso del aula invertida influye en el logro de la competencia de investigación del curso de tesis I en estudiantes de derecho de una universidad privada de Trujillo, 2022. Se empleó un diseño cuasi experimental, de corte longitudinal y de alcance explicativo, en una población de estudiantes de derecho de la asignatura de Tesis I. Para la recolección de información se empleó un test que mide la competencia investigativo adaptada del instrumento trabajado por Hernández et al. (2021), el cual consta de dos dimensiones, obteniendo un V-Aiken de 1 y un α = 0.707. Objective: The objective is to determine the relationship between the shared tasks between the boss and the subordinates and the quality of communication in private companies. Method: The research was quantitative, non-experimental and correlational; the population taken into account were people belonging to the economically active employed population of the city of Trujillo in the year 2020.
