El estudio planteo como propósito, determinar la incidencia de los factores socioculturales en la gestión educativa en la provincia de Sánchez Carrión en el año 2022. Fue investigación correlacional causal, de muestra probabilística y consta de 308 docentes de la provincia. De instrumentos se utilizó un interrogatorio de factores socioculturales, y un interrogatorio de gestión educativa, uno y otro aprobado por constructo y confiabilidad. Los resultados permiten concluir: Se logró demostrar que existe incidencia media entre los factores socioculturales en la gestión educativa de la provincia de Sánchez Carrión, 2022 (Rho = 0,687, p= 0.000, alfa = 0.05); Se logró determinar la variable factores socioculturales predominando 58% en la categoría básica, seguido 32% proactiva, y 9% contemplativa. In this research, an adequate feeding manual is proposed considering that timely feeding can strengthen early childhood development in children under 3 years. It is also about promoting the idea that a well-nourished child without anemia grows strong, healthy, cheerful, and performs more in school in the future. A well-fed child becomes less sick with diarrhea or respiratory infection and saves the cost of caring for these diseases and in the treatment of anemia.
