The purpose of this research was to evaluate the effect of the educational methodology of an audiovisual production workshop on the creativity of fifth year secondary school students in a parish school for girls in Lima metropolitan area. The study presents a mixed quasi-experimental design with a descriptive - explanatory scope. The sample was made up of twenty students, half of whom were in the control group and the other half in the experimental group. This research focuses on the process of building the employer brand in a Peruvian pharmaceutical retail company and the role that communication played during this process, between 2012 and 2016, when the company implemented and structured the Culture and Communications area. This study pursues to describe and analyze the practices and strategies that were carried out in the company, from the management of people and internal communication actions in order to enter the Great Place to Work ranking. It is concluded that the construction of the employer brand is, to a great extent, driven by leaders of the organization who are the pillars for the generation of trusting relationships with their teams, sense of belonging and collaboration among the areas. La educación mediática propone el desarrollo de la comprensión crítica de la sociedad a partir del análisis e interacción con los medios de comunicación social. Esta investigación presenta el diseño de un taller educativo para el desarrollo de competencia mediática en docentes en formación. El estudio plantea un enfoque cualitativo de tipo proyectiva y aplicada educacional, donde se analiza la autopercepción de dicha competencia en 40 estudiantes de una facultad de educación de Lima, a partir de la aplicación de una encuesta. Del mismo modo, se formulan entrevistas semiestructuradas para conocer la opinión de docentes y expertos en el tema.
