Las áreas de tecnologías de la información (TI) en las organizaciones están reestructurando la forma en la que brindan sus servicios utilizando el marco de trabajo de procesos de ITIL V3, garantizando mejoras en el proceso en términos de eficiencia y eficacia. El objetivo de la investigación fue mejorar la gestión de incidentes en la Unidad de informática del Proyecto Especial Datem del Marañón - Alto Amazonas - Loreto – Condorcanqui (PEDAMAALC), a través de la implantación de ITIL V3.
