El trabajo de investigación que bajo el título: ANÁLISIS DE LOS OBJETIVOS DE LA COMISIÓN DEALTO NIVEL ANTICORRUPCIÓN FRENTE AL PODER DE LA CORRUPCIÓN, ha sido motivada porcuanto el citado delito cada día toma mayor fuerza en detrimento de la población. Todas lasinstituciones públicas gubernamentales están infectadas por el virus denominado “corrupción”, alextremo de que inclusive los artículos contenidos en la CONVENCIÓN INTERAMERICANA CONTRALA CORRUPCIÓN, no se cumplen en su integridad, por tanto, no podemos ver el reflejo de laprevención, ni las sanciones a las personas que desarrollan acciones corruptas. Que hay intentos,no se puede dudar. No se duda que el objetivo general del presente trabajo es reducir y por quéno evitar o eliminar las acciones de corrupción que se cometen preferentemente en las institucionespúblicas gubernamentales en sus tres niveles operaci...

Se realizó un estudio con el fin de promover el uso racional y adecuado de los recursos reales y financieros de la cooperación internacional, para lograr el desarrollo integral de la Región, para el cual se recopiló información sobre la participación de los entes cooperantes en el proceso de desarrollo y crecimiento de esta parte del país, mediante la transferencia de recursos financieros y reales en la ejecución de proyectos de inversión pública, cuya ejecución ha generado satisfacción de las necesidades de la población beneficiaria, sino es en forma total, por lo menos en parte, porque la satisfacción de las necesidades va generando otras necesidades.

A study was conducted in order to promote the rational use of resources and adequate financial and international cooperation to achieve comprehensive development in the region for which information was gathered on the authorities cooperating in the process development and growth of this part of the country through the transfer of financial resources and the actual implementation of public investment projects, whose implementation has generated needs of the target population, but is in full, at least in partly because the needs generated other needs.
