El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo general, determinar la relación entre el empoderamiento organizacional y la fidelización de la empresa EPROPEL SELVA SAC de Tarapoto, 2019. El tipo de investigación fue no experimental con diseño correlacional, la población muestral fue de 81 clientes externos, la técnica usada fue la encuesta, se recolectó los datos mediante los cuestionarios. Concluyendo, que el empoderamiento organizacional se relaciona significativamente con la fidelización de los usuarios de la empresa en estudio. De tal manera se rechaza la hipótesis nula debido a que es menor al 0,05, y se acepta la hipótesis de investigación.
