La presente investigación estableció como objetivo general, proponer un plan de gestión de relaciones interpersonales para la calidad educativa en una institución del nivel secundario del distrito de Chirinos; fue un estudio de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo básica, nivel descriptiva, propositiva; la muestra estuvo compuesta por treinta docentes a quienes se les ejecutó un cuestionario para llegar a la conclusión que se diagnosticó un nivel medio de la calidad educativa cuya valoración fue del 93% del total de encuestados; asimismo, se evaluó cada una de las dimensiones que la constituyen donde el 93% calificó en un nivel medio a la gestión estratégica; seguido, el 60% valoró un nivel medio de la formación integral; luego, el 77% de los docentes encuestados refirieron un nivel bajo en cuanto al soporte y recursos tecnológicos y por último, el 90% de los docentes encuestados ...

Considering that cultural identity is the basis for knowing the origins of the community and facing the future withcharacter and conviction, na article has been developed with the aim of conducting a systematic review of the scientific literature on strengthening the cultural identity of Regular Basic Education students. The research is a descriptive review article. The search was carried out in different databases such as Dialnet, Scielo, Redalyc, Latindex, Doaj, Redib, Miar, Open Access Academy, Crossref and Creative Commons.
