La tesis realizada tiene como objetivo general: Determinar si la depresión postparto es un supuesto del delito de infanticidio en el Código Penal Peruano, y como objetivos específicos: a) Analizar la necesidad de incorporar la depresión postparto como una causal integrada, b) Explicar las deficiencias del delito de infanticidio desde la perspectiva de una causal psicológica, y c) Proponer la modificatoria del Art. 110° referido al delito de infanticidio a fin de evitar una errónea calificación jurídica. Sobre la metodología utilizada, el tipo de investigación será básico, ya que buscamos crear nuevas áreas teóricas en este estudio. Esta tesis tiene como ODS: Alianzas para lograr los objetivos, como objetivo general: Determinar si la deficiencia de la enzima monoaminooxidasa se valora adecuadamente en la comisión del delito de lesiones graves, y como objetivos específicos: a) Explicar la enzima monoaminooxidasa (MAO) y las consecuencias negativas que trae sus anomalías y disfunciones en cuanto a las bajas de su actividad, b) Analizar la comisión del delito de lesiones graves vinculado a la valoración pertinente de la deficiencia de la MAO, y c) Evaluar la necesidad de incorporar un área de estudio y/o vigilancia en el MIMP para niños, adolescentes y adultos incluso con dicha característica genética para prevenir a futuro cualquier consecuencia negativa. This article presents the adaptation of a reduced version of the Right-wing Authoritarianism Scale (RWA) in Colombia. In Study 1 (n=417) it was performed an exploratory factor analysis to identify the underlying dimensions of the scale; in Study 2 (n=396), it was performed a confirmatory factor analysis and tested the divergent/convergent validity of the scale. The results suggest that the RWA has three dimensions: authoritarian- aggression, authoritarian-submission, and conventionalism. Additionally, RWA was positively associated with: social dominance, dehumanization of the adversary, armed conflict support, patriotism, sexism, homophobia, and the prohibition of progressive social policies (e.g., abortion, homosexual marriage, euthanasia). Empirical evidence is provided in favor of appropriate psychometric properties for the RWA scale in the Colombian context.
