Nowadays, drunkenness is considered an important factor in the execution of criminal acts, in criminalistics, due to the increase of crimes and traffic accidents in society, which are carried out under the action of ethyl alcohol. The purpose of the present work was to compare if there is differentiation of blood alcohol based on the time elapsed, and if there is correlation. En la actualidad la ebriedad es considerada como un factor importante en la ejecución de actos delictivos, en criminalística, debido al incremento de los crímenes y accidentes de tránsito en la sociedad, los cuales se realizan bajo la acción del alcohol etílico. El propósito del presente trabajo fue confrontar si hay diferenciación de la alcoholemia en función del tiempo transcurrido, y si existe correlación.
