Objetivo: Determinar si la alteración postural está asociado al dolor lumbar en el personal administrativo de los Hospital III Daniel Alcides Carrión Essalud Calana - Tacna 2017. Material y Método: Estudio observacional, analítico, prospectivo de corte transversal, a nivel relacional. El objetivo principal de la investigación fue determinar la efectividad de la kinesioterapia respiratoria (4) en la resolución de la atelectasia pulmonar producida por la displasia broncopulmonar, en pacientes neonatos pretérmino. El método empleado fue el de la kinesioterapia respiratoria, que consiste en vibraciones, percusiones, bloqueos, posturas de drenaje y maniobras de respiración torácica7. El procedimiento consistió en seleccionar dos grupos, uno de ellos actuó como grupo testigo, al primero no se le aplica la kinesioterapia respiratoria solo tratamiento farmacológico y el segundo grupo tratamiento farmacológico más kinesioterapia, habiendo obtenido resultados que demuestran que la kinesioterapia más la terapia farmacológica efectivamente reduce el tiempo de recuperación y además la mortalidad.
