El presente plan de acción tiene la finalidad de plantear soluciones a las dificultades evidenciadas en el desempeño de los docentes, en tal sentido se plantea como objetivo, Diseñar un plan en gestión curricular en la elaboración de instrumentos de evaluación formativa para mejorar el logro de aprendizajes de los estudiantes. Los responsables del presente plan son los directivos de la I.E, siendo el público beneficiario todos los docentes del nivel secundario. El tipo de investigación es aplicada, puesto que, “trata de resolver los problemas que tienen en base a conocimientos que ya han sido comprobados”. The main objective of the final report was to establish the relationship between organizational culture and affective commitment in the Loreto Nauta Local Educational Management Unit in 2024. The research was developed with a basic approach, at a descriptive-correlational level and non-experimental design. We worked with a population of 100 people, to whom a questionnaire was applied to collect information. The results indicated that the organizational culture in this entity is perceived as regular by 27% of the respondents. This is because, although sometimes the attitude and thinking of the staff influence the work team, only sometimes is it continuously trained, recognizing the organizational culture as a competitive advantage. The objective of this study is to describe four indicators of conflicts, such as: causes of conflicts, indicators of conflicts, types of supervision that generate conflicts and strategies to minimize conflicts, considering the great importance of avoiding and solving problems that may arise in the local Educational Management Unit - UGEL of the city of Requena, which are useful so that the institution can take them into account the information and thus can design the necessary strategies for its implementation.
