| Sumario: | The objective of this study is to describe four indicators of conflicts, such as: causes of conflicts, indicators of conflicts, types of supervision that generate conflicts and strategies to minimize conflicts, considering the great importance of avoiding and solving problems that may arise in the local Educational Management Unit - UGEL of the city of Requena, which are useful so that the institution can take them into account the information and thus can design the necessary strategies for its implementation. The research is descriptive and cross-sectional, with a non-experimental design, carried out in a population of 40 workers, therefore, a census was carried out, this indicates that the sample was the same as the population that includes all hierarchical levels. The survey was used as a technique and the quantitative style questionnaire as an instrument, with which the results were obtained. To find the behavior of the indicators, the indices were consolidated, with these results the comparison was made and the descriptive hypothesis was demonstrated, reaching the conclusion of accepting the hypothesis; The most significant negative indicators are the lack of equality and equity in job performance, the desire for power of workers and managers, the lack of information on managerial decisions, there is no frequency in holding the sessions, lack of supervision in the function of workers and finally, the suggestions of the staff are not taken into account. |
