This research details one of the applications that robots have nowadays in the service sector. Within this sector, specifically in the hotel industry, there is a trend towards the use of robots and artificial intelligence to generate new experiences for its users. Furthermore, the research details the interaction that robots have in this sector and the opportunities that they offer to companies in order to improve their customers’ satisfaction through an increase in productivity, quality and speed of service. El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo determinar la prefactibilidad de la instalación de una planta productora de cepillos dentales ergonómicos con cabezal removible elaborados con bioplástico obtenido a partir de etanol proveniente de caña de azúcar. En dicha planta se producirán tanto cepillos dentales como cabezales removibles que sirven a manera de repuesto desechable. Este proyecto está contextualizado en el mercado peruano de cepillos dentales en un horizonte de tiempo de 5 años en adelante desde el 2020. A partir de data histórica de dicho mercado, se obtuvo que la demanda del proyecto en su último año ascenderá a 5674 cajas tanto de cepillos como de cabezales.
