OBJETIVODescribir el uso de la vía subcutánea en cuidados paliativos del final de la vida.MATERIAL Y MÉTODOSe realizó la revisión de historias clínicas de pacientes hospitalizados que cumplieran criterios de enfermedad terminal y que hayan usado la vía subcutánea. Los datos recogidos incluyeron datos de filiación, tipo de enfermedad, estado funcional, indicación de vía subcutánea, sitio de aplicación, medicación utilizada, duración de tratamiento, tipo de solución, velocidad de infusión y efectos adversos.RESULTADOSEl 84.6% de pacientes fue mayor de 75 años, en relación al grado de funcionalidad, el 61,5% fue dependiente total y 38,5% dependiente parcial. Objetivo: Determinar los factores relacionados a la adherencia al tratamiento en pacientes con diabetes mellitus del Centro Materno Infantil Buenos Aires de Villa en el año 2025. Métodos: Estudio observacional analítico transversal realizado pacientes con diabetes mellitus del Centro Materno Infantil Buenos Aires de Villa en el año 2025. Se tuvo una muestra de 226 pacientes. Se empleó un cuestionario de 14 preguntas, la cual se dividió en dos partes: a) Factores relacionados (sociodemográficos y clínicos); b) Morisky-Green (adherencia al tratamiento de la diabetes mellitus).
