En este estudio, se implementaron las Buenas Prácticas de ITIL para la gestión de incidentes en Ayala Consulting Group, en Lima durante el año 2023. Se utilizó la metodología BPM y las prácticas de ITIL, rediseñando el proceso de gestión de incidentes mediante la herramienta Bizagi y la metodología ITIL 4. El rediseño del proceso de gestión de incidentes permitió reducir la cantidad de incidentes y prevenir su reaparición. Se logró identificar las causas raíz de los incidentes, mejorar la resolución de problemas, fortalecer la comunicación y colaboración, y mejorar el monitoreo y control. El trabajo de investigación comprendió sobre la relación entre clima laboral y gestión de innovación dentro de MAPFRE Perú de su sede principal en Lima. El estudio adoptó un enfoque básico y diseño a nivel cuantitativo. La población objetivo fueron 80 colaboradores, evaluados mediante una encuesta virtual con 9 ítems para el clima laboral y 9 ítems para la gestión de la innovación. Con una confiabilidad de la prueba alfa de Cronbach del 0.928. Los resultados confirmaron la fiabilidad de las herramientas utilizadas. Los hallazgos mostraron una interacción positiva profunda entre las variables, respaldada por un análisis de Pearson que arrojó un coeficiente exacto de 0.789 y nivel de significancia de 0.000.
