The present investigation considers that the disciplinary procedure against teachers for acts of sexual harassment, followed before the UGEL of Maynas in the year 2022. While it is true, it is based on the right to due process of the investigated teachers; however, it is necessary to analyze the protection of the best interest of the child in this type of procedure.
