Ewing´s sarcomas are a less common malignant neoplasms that can be located both in skeletal and extra skeletal areas. The primitive neuroectodermic tumor (PNET) shows more neuronal differentiation than Ewing´s sarcoma and rarely invades the skin and soft tissues. This tumor occasionally presents as a primary skin cancer which has distinctive features such as a superficial tumor with a 2-3 cm, soft, mobile and eventually painful. Most affected areas of the body are paravertebral spaces, lower limbs, head, neck and pelvis. We report here the case of a 13 year old male presenting with 2 superficial tumors located on the scalp, the histo pathological examination revealed a proliferation of small, basophilic and monomorphic cells that showed FLI1 positive immunohistochemistry pattern compatible with PNET. 

Behçet's disease (BD) is a chronic systemic inflammatory vasculitis of recurrent-remitting course, of unclear etiology, described in patients who had as a triggering factor: bacterial infections, viral infections, and abnormal autoantigens in patients with a genetic predisposition. It can be recognized by clinical findings due to the absence of a universally accepted diagnostic laboratory test. Oral and genital ulcers, as well as cutaneous vasculitis lesions are considered markers of BD and frequently precede other manifestations. Mucocutaneous lesions figure prominently in the presentation and diagnosis, therefore their recognition can allow its early diagnosis and treatment, with beneficial results for the patient's prognosis, but they are not the only lesions that this disease presents, which is why it was performed a literature review.

Introduction: Acne is a chronic inflammatory disease of the multifactorial pilosebaceous unit present in the face, back and chest. In this study we wanted to know what was the frequency and the factors associated with the presence of acne in medical students. Materials and Methods: A case-control study was carried out in students from 1st to 5th year in School of Medicine of the Universidad Nacional Hermilio Valdizán. A 95% CI with an alpha of 0.05 and a power of 80% with a beta equal to 0.20 were considered. Results: The mean age was 22.31 + 3.22 years. Fruit consumption obtained significance (p = 0.04; OR = 6.09) as a protective factor. Anxiety was not significant (p = 0.59; OR = 1.34), as well as nutritional status (p = 0.57; OR = 1.14) and consumption of vitamin B supplement (p = 0.35 ; OR = 0.56). Objective: To determine the association between the time of residence in the place of origin, the preferences of consumption in the diet and the degree of anxiety with rosacea in the students who attend to the dining hall of the UNHEVAL. Materials and Methods: Rosacea was diagnosed by the Rosascreen instrument and the positive cases confirmed the diagnosis with the dermatologist.
