El presente investigación tiene como título “Gestión de calidad y competitividad de las Mypes del sector servicios-rubro restaurantes del distrito de Huacho, 2018”; siendo el objetivo general: Determinar las principales características de la gestión de calidad y competitividad de las Mypes del sector servicios-rubro restaurantes del distrito de Huacho, 2018.
