The present paper is a synthesis of the theoretical and methodological investigations about the general historical forms of personality in Peru, which is developed from the fields of psychohistory and neurosciences. We propose and develop the category of general historical forms of personality. We explain their development in the evolution of people from Peru, from the prehispanic time, until the republican period, including the colony. The historical and social data of each time are integrated inside a psychological interpretation of the most general patterns of personality. We follow a method of qualitative analysis starting from historical data. From a psychohistoric restructuring, we interrelate and integrate transdisciplinary, neuroscientific, psychological, historical and ethnohistorical constructions. Se investiga las características neuropsicológicas de la consciencia en niños y adolescentes con dificultades de comprensión lectora, buscando comprender el papel de los diferentes sistemas de la conciencia durante las operaciones y los procesos lectores. Se desarrolla un diseño cualitativo de análisis de casos, siguiendo un análisis abductivo a partir de un enfoque teórico, analizándose el desempeño lector léxico, gramatical y semántico, triangulándose éste con la observación de su conducta y los datos selectivamente identificados de la entrevista semiestructurada. Los resultados muestran las formas dimensionales como es que participan los sistemas de la conciencia (afectivo-cognitivo y conativo-volitivo), además de cómo es que se pueden integrar en el plano neuropsíquico de la epiconsciencia.
