Desde los años sesenta, los intentos por integrar América Latina han provenido del esfuerzo conjunto de dos o más presidentes, quienes han tenido a su cargo tanto el lanzamiento de las iniciativas como el desarrollo de las mismas. De esta manera, la Comunidad Andina de Naciones –antes Grupo Andino- fue el resultado de las reuniones que sostuvieron los presidentes de Colombia, Chile y Ecuador en el año 1966. Asimismo, el proyecto de crear el Mercado Común del Sur resultó del trabajo compartido entre el exmandatario brasileño, José Sarney y su homólogo argentino, Raúl Alfonsín.; y su posterior formalización, se produjo por el impulso de sus sucesores, Fernando Collor de Mello y Carlos Saúl Menem.

Introduction: This study examines the dimensionality of the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI-GS). Method: The sample was composed of 204 professional nurses from Peruvian health public institutions. The structural evaluation was conducted with confirmatory factor analysis using a estimator appropriate for the ordinal nature of the scale items. The assessed structure comprised of three correlated dimensions of exhaustion, cynicism and professional efficacy. Results: An acceptable fit was reached after removing two items from cynicism and allowing correlated errors in professional efficacy, χ²(73) = 156.61, CFI = .97, TLI = .93, RMSEA = .075. Ethnogastronomy, exploring the relationship between food and culture, revealing the identity of communities. This study focused on identifying the ethnogastronomic elements of the Calderas parish, Barinas, to propose them as an agroecological tourism offer. Through in-depth interviews with residents with experience in the culinary area, a rich gastronomic heritage was identified by a diversity of local products, ancestral techniques and typical dishes that make up a unique culinary identity. Ingredients such as Caldera nuts, conopia and cocoa offer the possibility of creating authentic and attractive gastronomic experiences for tourists. Agroecological tourism is presented as an opportunity to diversify the local economy, generate income and strengthen the social fabric.
