El presente trabajo de investigación consistió en determinar los parámetros de pos cosecha para mejorar de la calidad del grano de cacao (Teobroma cacao L.) cultivar CCN 51 orgánico. Los granos de cacao fueron fermentados luego de tiempos de reposo de O, 24, 48 y 72 horas después de cosechados. En la fermentación se efectuaron remociones de los granos: F1: frecuencia de remoción cada 48 horas, F2: frecuencia de remoción 48 h seguido de remoción cada 24 horas y F3: remoción cada 24 horas. En el secado se consideró, secado directo al sol y secado gradual hasta una humedad final de 7,5%. Los granos obtenidos con 48 horas de reposo, frecuencia de remoción (48 h y cada 24 horas) y secado gradual cumplen las normas de INDECOPI el mejor porcentaje de fermentación (90, 17%) se obtuvo con 72 horas. The objective of this study has been to identify and to classity the antibiophenotypes of resistance to the betalactams in the Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains agaist three antiPseudomonas betalactams and the association of one of these with an inhibitor of betalactamasc. Seventy non-repetitious strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from samples of patients hospitalized by not less than 72 hours were studied. The used antibiograms were diffusion in agar (Kirby Bauer's method) and the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) were determined through the technique of the E-test. Finally, the antibiophenotypes of Pseudomonas aeruginosa for the betalactams were and classified.
