La investigación se enfoca en desarrollar e implementar un chatbot para el aprendizaje en la gestión tributaria de la Municipalidad de Humaya. Surge de la necesidad de optimizar la atención y eficiencia en este proceso, motivada por inconvenientes en indicadores como el promedio de tiempo de atención y la satisfacción del contribuyente. El objetivo principal es determinar la influencia de un chatbot en el aprendizaje de la gestión tributaria en dicha municipalidad. Se utiliza la metodología ICONIX para el desarrollo del chatbot, empleando el lenguaje de programación Python en el framework Django, JavaScript, CSS, HTML. Evalúa los residuos del plaguicida clorpirifos en semillas de quinua (Chenopodium quinua W.) en el período de cosecha, producidos en el distrito de La Molina de la región Lima. Los objetivos específicos fueron los siguientes; en primer lugar determinar la concentración del plaguicida clorpirifos en mg/kg (ppm) en las muestras de semillas de quinua y en segundo lugar es verificar si la concentración del plaguicida clorpirifos en las semillas de quinua se encuentra dentro del Límite Máximo Permisible según normativa de la Unión Europea y del Perú. Today, eavesdropping is becoming a common issue in the rapidly growing digital network and has foreseen the need for secret communication channels embedded in digital media. In this paper, a novel steganography technique designed for Standard Definition Digital Television (SDTV) H.264/AVC encoded video sequences is presented. The algorithm introduced here makes use of the compression properties of the Context Adaptive Variable Length Coding (CAVLC) entropy encoder to achieve a low complexity and real-time inserting method. The chosen scheme hides the private message directly in the H.264/AVC bit stream by modifying the AC frequency quantized residual luminance coefficients of intrapredicted I-frames. Objective: To estimate a relation between the collection of tax revenues with those from the mining sector, with consideration of the economic recovery of the post-pandemic context in Peru. Method: The research approach was descriptive and correlational level under the Pearson method, oriented to the tax collection of the mining sector and the revenues collected in Peru between 2012 and 2021; in addition, a non-experimental and cross-sectional design was used with information obtained from official sources of the National Superintendence of Customs and Tax Administration (SUNAT).
