En la presente tesis titulada El estrés ocupacional en relación al desempeño laboral según edad, sexo y estado emocional de los docentes de la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local de Tacna, en el año 2017, se intenta generar debate y dar importancia a una problemática muy común que se va evidenciando en muchas instituciones educativas de la UGEL Tacna, que influyen y afectan directamente sobre la educación de los estudiantes. El objetivo de la presente tesis es determinar la relación de los niveles del estrés ocupacional con el desempeño laboral según edad, sexo y estado emocional de los docentes de la unidad de gestión educativa local de Tacna, 2017.
